S-SILENCE:

We are getting in the morning. But we are immediately taking a phone and check out our social media. 

Focus on your breathing and being in the present moment. Feel the thoughts that come to your mind and just sensing your body. 

For start our day we should do pray, meditate or a deep breath after leaving the bed. You can start meditation with 5 minutes. I will also recommend you a HEADSPACE app for meditation. 

A-AFFIRMATIONS:

According to Hal Elrod, the purpose of Affirmation is to program the mind with beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, habits. 

Your brain can Attract, Create and Sustain every area of your life. Affirmations should always positive. eg. Instead of 'I am not poor' you can say 'I am rich'.

V-VISUALIZATION:

You can visualize your future to achieve that. It should be anything you can visualize. You will practice it and then you will master it.

Highly successful peoples are also using this technique to get a goal as soon as possible. This will give you an experience of anything that you want to achieve. keep close your eyes while doing this. 

E-EXERCISE:

Exercise is very important to start a day. You will get this a common habit in all successful peoples. You have to do exercise for at least 30-40 minutes a day.

Exercise not changes your body, it changes your mind your attitude and your mood.

The exercise you are doing that should be as a high breath exercise. eg. jumping jacks, running, yoga, running, walking, lifting, cycling, swimming, skiing, dancing. It only takes a minute to do 10 push-ups or jumping jacks. etc.

Know 8-X factors for a successful life.


R-READING:

You will do an exercise for physical health, but what about mental health? You should read books about this. It will help you to grow.

If you read 5 pages a day then you will read about 1850 pages in a year. This will definitely impact on your life.

Warren Buffet read 8 hours a day, Bill Gates one book in a week. These are top billionaires and they should read then why not we. You can also read summaries or listening audiobooks.
